In case of order cancellation and/or return, the product(s) need to be assigned back to the shelf again for updating inventory count across channels.
To ensure that available inventory quantity is updated across channels at the earliest possible, the system now also provides you with Item Wise Cancel Report.
This report helps you identify-
1. Order cancellation/return date
2. If products have been put away or not
3. Putaway date and time
With easy access to these details, the warehouse manager can timely identify delays in shelving (if any), and in turn, ensure that the business does not lose out on potential sales.
To download Item wise cancellation report, go to “Reports >> Report Dashboard”, and select “Item Wise Cancel Report” option.
You can then view a downloadable report.
To view a downloadable Return Report select “Return Report” option.
