In the past, serial numbers could be swapped during the packaging process without a secondary check against allocation logic. This update introduces a validation layer: if you scan a serial that wasn't originally assigned to the order, the system instantly verifies if that serial is actually eligible for the order. A swap only occurs if the new serial meets all your specific allocation conditions, ensuring your inventory records remain 100% accurate.
