The system now features a comprehensive Picker Packer report offering clear visibility of the time involved in order processing. It includes timestamps of important steps like - order confirmation, picking, and packing.
The report helps you identify:
1. The time involved in the pick-pack process with a break-down of each process
2. Significant delays (if any) and timely take necessary actions to optimize the process
To view the downloadable report, navigate to “Reports >> Reports Dashboard” and select “Picker Packer Report” under the “Warehouse & Inventory Reports” section.
