Managing returned order inventory can be a hectic task especially when you deal with perishable items.
To help you effectively manage returned inventory items, we have upgraded our Return Management feature.
You can now add the batch code details for the returned perishable items during the shelving process.
This will help you:
To update batch details, go to “Inventory>>Shelving” and click on the “Shelf” option for the products that have an “Expiry Date” or a “Manufacturing Date & Days to Expire” mentioned.
Then assign the returned inventory to an existing batch or create a new batch.
