Earlier the system allowed warehouses to process wholesale orders only from the warehouse location where the order was created. For example, if a wholesale order was created at location A it could only be processed from the same location
Now, there is a possibility of Location A having inadequate inventory and/or reduced manpower availability. This would delay order delivery, and in turn, B2B customer experience.
To avoid such cases, the system now enables you to route orders to other warehouses and ensure timely deliveries.
