The system now provides you with the option to view the order fulfillment request sent to logistics partners and their response.
The improved communication transparency between the system and the logistics partner will help you easily identify the reasons behind order fulfillment delays and take necessary actions timely.
In order to view these, in the Order Details section, go to “History” tab and click on “Logs Details”.
Please note that, currently this functionality is only available for Shyplite, Shiprocket and Pickrr.
