The latest requirement in the Finance Act 2020-21 is for sellers to collect TCS if their sales value exceeds Rs. 50 lakhs. The law will be enforced from October 1, 2020.
To help you comply with the TCS provisions, we will calculate the TCS of your B2B sales. It will be calculated at the invoice value, i.e base value + GST. 0.075%/0.75% TCS on total invoice value will be added on all sales invoices generated on or after October 1, 2020.
