To define custom shipping rules in the system, do share the same with your Key Account Manager (KAM) to get it enabled from the backend. In the absence of KAM for your account, you can talk to product support executive directly via the live chat feature available on the dashboard, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m IST. on weekdays, from 9 a.m.– 5 p.m. on weekends and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST for non-Indian sellers.
