New Feature: Auto-Assign Carrier Partners with Pre-defined Shipping Rules
To further enhance your logistics and ensure on-time customer delivery, the system has introduced two shipping rules:
- Assigning a carrier partner based on product weight - Deliver orders via the preferred carrier partner based on product weight.
- Assigning a carrier partner based on payment mode - Deliver Prepaid and COD orders via your preferred carrier partners
Auto-assigning carrier partners make on-time delivery possible, and in turn, help you-
- Enhance customer experience
- Increase the likelihood of repeat business
You can define shipping rules from “Masters >> Carrier Master” section. For a detailed step-by-step process please refer to Shipping Rules guide.
To define custom shipping rules in the system, do share the same with your Key Account Manager (KAM) to get it enabled from the backend. In the absence of KAM for your account, you can talk to product support executive directly via the live chat feature available on the dashboard, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m IST. on weekdays, from 9 a.m.– 5 p.m. on weekends and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST for non-Indian sellers.
