New Feature: Assign Same User as Picker and Packer in Order Batches
Generally, when a warehouse team processes orders in batches, each batch is assigned a separate picker and packer. However, in some cases, the same user can pick-pack the order batch, when the batch size is relatively smaller.
The earlier system setup displayed a warehouse user either as a picker or packer under their respective roles in the Order Batches section. To simplify batch order processing, the same warehouse user is reflected under both Picker and Packer dropdowns.
Besides this, to further avoid any manual errors in batch order processing, the system now enables pickers and packers to only view the batches assigned to them, and restricts access to creating new batches.
