The packaging material feature ensures that an order is shipped only when all the individual order items are packed in the correct packaging material for a damage-free shipment.
This feature, earlier in the beta version, can now be directly activated from the system interface.
In order to activate the packaging material setting, navigate to “Account Settings >> Other Settings”.
Scroll down to the bottom of the tab and enable the “Packing Material Activation” setting.
