Handling returns shouldn’t be an all-or-nothing process. Until now, you were often forced to process an entire return request in one go, even if the physical stock arrived in separate batches or only a portion of the items were actually returned. This rigid workflow led to data mismatches, where credit notes were generated for missing items, forcing your team to perform manual corrections to keep your books balanced.

With Partial Return Support, you now have the flexibility to mark returns against the actual quantity received at your warehouse. Instead of closing the entire request, you can process what is in front of you and leave the remaining quantity open for later. The system intelligently tracks these splits, ensuring that Credit Notes are only triggered for the items you’ve actually verified, keeping your financial reconciliations 100% accurate.

  • Flexible Warehouse Handling: Process what you receive immediately without waiting for the entire shipment to arrive.
  • Accurate Credit Notes: Ensure financial documents are only generated for the specific quantity of items physically returned.

Key Enhancement: We’ve uncoupled return quantities to match the reality of your warehouse floor.

  • Incremental Processing: Use the Return AWB flow to mark partial quantities as returned while keeping the rest active.
  • Smart Credit Notes: Separate Credit Notes are automatically generated for each returned batch upon GRN closure.
  • Total Traceability: Maintain a clear history of which items were returned when, ensuring your records stay clean.
