Improve Return Processing Accuracy with Android Pending Returns Enhancements

Returns processing requires accurate quantity validation and consistent quality checks to prevent inventory discrepancies. Until now, gaps in validation during return processing could result in quantities being processed beyond the expected return quantity or inconsistencies in fraud quantity handling and QC selections. These issues increased the risk of operational errors and required additional intervention from warehouse teams.

We've enhanced the Pending Returns workflow on the Android App with additional validation controls designed to improve processing accuracy. The updated workflow now validates scanned quantities more effectively, improves fraud quantity handling, and adds additional checks to ensure return quantities and QC selections are processed correctly throughout the return journey.
