System users can now reduce order processing time and expedite accurate order fulfillment with the introduction of new stages including Unapproved orders, View Orders, Order Batches, Packing and Sorting, Manage consignment. This improves tracking and streamlined warehouse operations.
The flow of execution from one stage to another is as follows;
- Unapproved orders: Allow users to approve or disapprove quantities and select the zone and batch for inventory assignment, enhancing inventory management.
- View Orders: Approved and assigned orders can be viewed, and a picklist can be generated for efficient warehouse picking.
- Order Batches: It is implemented to assign B2B orders to batches for systematic processing.
- Packing and Sorting: During packing and sorting, various boxes are organized and packed.
- Manage consignment: Order invoice and other documents can be downloaded for proper consignment handling.
