Feature update: Strengthen catalog accuracy with mandatory EAN entry
Product creation now enforces EAN as a mandatory field. This ensures every SKU carries a standardized identifier used across marketplaces, scanning workflows, and downstream reconciliation.
Why it matters:
• Prevents listing failures caused by missing identifiers.
• Improves scan-based workflows and reduces catalog conflicts.
• Strengthens marketplace compliance and data hygiene.
Key Enhancement:
EAN is now compulsory while creating any new product record in the Product Master. Users will be prompted to enter EAN before proceeding.
