How it works:
If the user selects B2B then the system will ask them to scan picklist ID/tote and then will redirect them to the packing and sorting page of the B2B module.For the B2C module, the processing logic depends on whether the users use Pigeon Hole, Tote or HHT at warehouses.
With organized workflows, the likelihood of repeat scans is greatly reduced, improving the overall efficiency in B2B order processing.
