To ensure seamless wholesale combo order processing, the system has now optimized the inventory scanning feature.
This will help you ensure:
In order to scan wholesale combo orders, go to the Bulk Orders section, and in the “Open Orders” tab, click on the “Order Ref No.” for the order you want to process.
Please note that the scanning process is now divided between simple products and combo product types. Simple products can be scanned from the scanning area at the top of the page as usual.
For combo line items, you will notice a new button for “Combo scan” in front of each SKU. Now to scan each combo component, click on “Combo Scan” and scan all the combo components in a single go.
Your warehouse team can scan combo quantities in installments. However, please note that it is mandatory to scan all child components for a combo before the system registers a quantity for a combo SKU.
For example, if 5 units of combo product combo01 are ordered, you need to scan 10 units of Shirt1(combo component) and 1 Shirt2 (child component) in a single go.
Once you have scanned all child components in the correct quantity the system will automatically update the combo scanned quantity.
Once finished scanning, your team can generate packing slips and invoices.
Your team can, later on, continue to scan the remaining combo quantities.
