To streamline your B2C order return management, the system now provides you with the functionality to mark bulk order returns for all child warehouses set in the system directly from the warehouse login.
For example, let us say you have 3 warehouses in Mumbai, and you have received 4 order returns in Warehouse 1, 2 order returns in Warehouse 2, and 7 order returns in Warehouse 3.
Instead of marking returns for each warehouse from a separate panel, the system now enables you to mark order returns for all child locations directly from the primary Mumbai warehouse that is set in the system.
Please note that you can mark order returns for a single child location at a time.
This helps you save time in B2C order return management, thereby improving warehouse productivity.
