To further help you monitor business performance the system now provides you with automated daily reports via email.
With quick access to daily reports you can monitor:
1. Sales hike/fall on a regular basis
2. Customer orders fulfillment in the shortest time possible
3. Daily order returns and identify reasons behind increase in order returns (if any)
4. Inventory availability across warehouses, inventory listed across channels, total damaged inventory, inventory near expiry, etc.
You can fetch daily MTD reports for-
- Sales Report
- Order Aging Report
- Return Report
Consolidated inventory report will include data on a real-time basis.
To benefit from the daily automated reports feature do share your email address(es) with your dedicated Key Account Manager. In the absence of KAM for your account, you can directly connect with the Support Team via the live chat feature available on the dashboard, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m IST. on weekdays, from 9 a.m.– 5 p.m. on weekends and 9 a.m to 6 p.m. EST for non-Indian sellers.
