Feature Enhancement: Now Perform Cycle Count for Reserved Inventory
Earlier cycle count could be performed (for a particular shelf), only if reserved inventory was not stored on the same shelf. In this case, it became mandatory for the warehouse team to process the order(s) first.
However, in some cases, this may not be a feasible approach. To overcome such corner cases, the upgraded app enables the warehouse team to conduct cycle count even if reserved inventory is stored on the same shelf.
At present, the setting for shelf cycle count with reserved inventory stored can be configured from the backend only.
To avail this functionality, do share the requirement with your Key Account Manager. In the absence of KAM for your account, you can directly connect with the Support Team via the live chat feature available on the dashboard, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m IST. on weekdays, from 9 a.m.– 5 p.m. on weekends and 9 a.m to 6 p.m. EST for non-Indian sellers.
