Feature Enhancement: Cautious Fragile Product Handling via App
The WMS app now provides seamless tracking of fragile products during the picking process, to ensure the warehouse team carefully pick-packs products and avoids damage.
Damage-free fragile product management helps you:
- Reduce order returns due to improper product handling
- Reduce costs incurred in product repair and/or product replacement
Note that, for fragile product tracking while performing the picking process (via app or system), you need to add “Fragile” tags in the Product Master.
