The system now provides you with the functionality to automatically rename all orders cancelled in bulk.
This means, your team can create another order with an existing Order ID. This helps you avoid order duplicacy and ensures seamless order processing.
In order to cancel bulk orders, click on the “+” icon and select “Cancel Orders”. On the Cancel Orders section, select “Cancel Orders Via Bulk”.
Please note that this functionality was already available for orders canceled directly from the system.
