Managing returns via API just got a lot more reliable. We’ve overhauled the logic behind return initiation to ensure that your system and your courier partners are always in perfect sync.
Previously, a courier error during the API call could result in a "partial" return, a record that was initiated in EasyEcom but lacked a carrier assignment. This often left you unable to retry the process because the system thought the return already existed. Now, we’ve implemented a transactional rollback: if the courier doesn't confirm the request, the return isn't created. Simple as that.

Key Enhancement: We’ve implemented a "Complete or Nothing" protocol for API returns, if the courier doesn’t confirm, the return isn’t created.
