This lack of centralized control made it difficult to standardize privacy protocols across your operations and left sensitive contact information exposed when it wasn't strictly necessary for delivery.

We’ve now implemented Privacy-First Shipping Labels, where mobile numbers are hidden by default. This update ensures that customer contact details are shielded unless you explicitly choose to show them. You now have the precision to enable phone number visibility only for specific vendors where it’s required for fulfillment, giving you professional-grade control over your data footprint without affecting your entire account.

  • Strengthened Data Privacy: Automatically hide sensitive customer mobile numbers to comply with modern privacy standards and protect your buyers.
  • Granular Visibility Control: You decide who sees what. Enable contact details selectively at the vendor level without making global changes.
  • Standardized Operations: Eliminate the guesswork of which labels show phone numbers and which don't with a secure, "privacy-on" default setting.

Key Enhancement: We’ve moved from "always-on" contact sharing to a secure, permission-based model for your labels.

  • Privacy by Default: Mobile numbers stay hidden unless you request activation through the Support Tool.
  • Vendor-Level Precision: Control settings for specific vendor IDs (CIDs) to maintain flexibility for different fulfillment partners.
  • Seamless Transition: We’ve already retro-activated settings for your existing locations that require visibility, so your current flow remains uninterrupted.
