The WMS app provides warehouse users with the pending return module for a faster return management process.
Earlier, you could mark pending returns based on their order number, forward tracking number (forward AWB), and suborder number. In some cases, however, warehouse users find it more convenient to mark returns based on their reverse tracking number (reverse AWB).
To further speed up your return management, and ensure only QC pass inventory is re-listed across channels in the minimum feasible time, the upgraded app now enables marking pending returns based on the reverse tracking number (reverse AWB) as well.
