Accurate Bulk Returns with New Return AWB Tracking
Handling returns is tricky enough without the system losing track of which package is which. Until now, if you had multiple returns for the same SKU, the bulk upload process didn't have a way to distinguish between different reverse AWB numbers. This often led to mapping errors, where the wrong return was marked against an order, forcing you to spend extra time on manual corrections to keep your inventory data clean.
We’ve resolved this by adding a dedicated “Return AWB Number” column to your Bulk Return Sheet. This update ensures that every return is uniquely identified by its specific tracking number. Even if you are processing hundreds of returns for the same product, the system can now pinpoint the exact shipment, ensuring your return logs and stock levels are updated with 100% precision.
