We’ve resolved this by adding a dedicated “Return AWB Number” column to your Bulk Return Sheet. This update ensures that every return is uniquely identified by its specific tracking number. Even if you are processing hundreds of returns for the same product, the system can now pinpoint the exact shipment, ensuring your return logs and stock levels are updated with 100% precision.
