Key Account Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.

• Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client issues and complaints promptly and effectively.

• Business Understanding: Deeply understand the business needs of key accounts and deliver tailored solutions.

• Communication Management: Act as the liaison between key clients and our internal teams (Support, Sales, Tech).

• Strategic Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell and drive additional value for clients.

• Progress Reporting: Present regular reports on account progress and collaborate on setting future goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Educational Background: A Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred.

• Experience: A minimum of 2+ years' experience in B2B account management (Preferably SaaS experience)

• Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and listening skills, with fluency in English and Hindi.

• Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly grasp and articulate the features and benefits of our platform.

• Time Management: Strong multitasking abilities and time management skills.

• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and understand their industry positioning.
