The upgraded Shiprocket integration now enables you to initiate reverse pickup of customer orders return and track order details.
To initiate order return go to the “Order>>Return” section, select the product the customer wants to return and click on “Initiate Return” button.
Return shipment tracking number will be displayed once the reverse shipment is created. Tracking will be activated once reverse shipment is picked up.
