New Feature: Identify Short Picked Order Items for Timely Order Fulfillment
The system now enables the warehouse team to mark items as short-picked and generate short-pick reports that highlight ordered items not picked due to various reasons like product damage, missing product, etc.
Items can be marked as short-picked via WMS app.
With quick and real-time access to short-pick reports, you can:
- Route order to the warehouse with adequate quantity available and timely fulfill order
- Procure necessary inventory items and process orders
Please cancel the order at the earliest possible, in case routing orders or timely procuring inventory items is not feasible.
