New API Upgrade: Improved Inventory Management with Hold/Unhold API
System users can now release or reserve specific SKUs within inventory by using the Hold/Unhold API. By removing On-hold inventory out of the consideration loop, that specific inventory won’t get synced to the marketplace, updating listings with greater inventory accuracy.
Let us explain this with an example;
Suppose SKU1 contains 100 items in inventory, of which 20 are put on hold. In this case, the remaining 80 in quantity will be synced to any integrated marketplace.
